Our development team take a project from initial purchase through the planning and design process. We carefully select a design team of pre-qualified consultants to work with us in conceiving, securing planning permission and delivering schemes that embody our vision for the future of renting. The development team engages with stakeholders including the Greater London Authority, Borough Councils and local communities to deliver an aspirational scheme that meets the local housing need and has our future residents’ and the community’s interests at its heart.

The development team and construction team work hand-in-hand during the technical design phase to secure the delivery of a scheme on programme, on budget and on brand.
