Our selection process is rigorous and all sites must possess the elements that ensure vibrant places to live and work.
We look for suitable sites across London zones 1–6 and in strategic areas in the South East. These sites could be existing buildings with the potential for conversion, or places where we can build perfect solutions from scratch.
Convenience is critical for our residents, so an Essential Living site is never more than a 10 minute walk to the nearest Underground or National Rail station. Many of our current locations are even closer.
Building a sense of community inside and outside our developments is important to us, so all of our sites are well-equipped with access to local community-based amenities like green space, shops, local culture and support services.
The sites we choose are often earmarked for regeneration and investment in infrastructure, which we are committed to supporting. This gives our residents an ever-evolving local community in which to play their part.
